Description
Beautiful Nostalgia drag car that has been around the gasser circuit for years. Full tube chassis car with Mopar drivetrain. Car scales at 2300 with 190lbs driver. Chassis not currently certified but has been, my chassis builder says it will certify easily. Engine is a 340 based 377 stroker. Transmission 727 torqueflite 3 speed with transbrake and air shifter. 4 Link Ford 9" rear end with 4.56 gears. 32" tall tires. MSD ignition and full electronics with Dedenbear lightning delay box. Car is set up for 1/4 mile. We 1/8 mile bracket race at a local NHRA track. I have slowed the car down to 6.40 so I don't have to be NHRA licensed. Car unrestricted with current set up will run low 6.10's and your just shifting into 3rd at 600 feet. With a lower rear end gear car should run in the 5's. Car launches and tracks laser straight and is very easy to drive. Car is very stunning and a crowd pleaser...draws huge attention at every track.
